01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the t baaji website or any of its associated services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and t baaji.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered users who hold an active account, and any third party who accesses content or services through the platform.

If you are accessing t baaji on behalf of a business entity or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" refer to that entity as well as to you personally.

Governing Language

These Terms are drafted and published in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience purposes, the English version shall take precedence in all respects. Any ambiguity shall be resolved in favour of the English-language version.

Amendments to These Terms

t baaji may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use t baaji, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your country or territory of residence.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the t baaji platform or any affiliated service.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close associate of t baaji or any of its technology, payment, or software partners.

Age Verification

t baaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any user at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification document. Where such verification is requested, t baaji may suspend access to deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay until satisfactory verification is provided. In the event that an underage person is found to have registered an account, all funds deposited by that individual will be returned and all winnings will be voided.

03 Account Registration & Responsibilities

To access the full range of services available on t baaji — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you are required to register a personal account. Registration is free of charge.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You must not register using false, misleading, or fictitious information. t baaji reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time and to suspend or close accounts where inaccuracies are identified.

• Each individual may hold only one account on the t baaji platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — are strictly prohibited.
• Account credentials (username and password) are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
• You must notify t baaji immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

Account Verification (KYC)

In order to process withdrawals and comply with our anti-money laundering obligations, t baaji may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may involve submitting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Currency

t baaji supports accounts denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupee (INR). The currency you select at the time of registration is fixed for the lifetime of your account and cannot be changed retrospectively. All balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts will be denominated in your chosen account currency.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Rules

t baaji offers a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored specifically for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in accordance with the payment terms set out in this section.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on t baaji:

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your t baaji account within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• t baaji does not accept deposits made from credit facilities, borrowed funds, or any payment method not belonging to the account holder.
• t baaji reserves the right to set individual deposit limits at any time, including for anti-fraud or responsible gaming purposes.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within a few hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Before processing any withdrawal, t baaji may require full KYC verification to be completed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Funds that have been credited as bonuses must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• t baaji reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawal requests it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

t baaji offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal specials tied to events such as the BPL cricket tournament, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All such offers are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited at t baaji's sole discretion and are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice.
• Each bonus offer is available to one individual account holder per household and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash except through the normal wagering process as described in the specific offer terms.
• t baaji reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if it suspects the bonus is being abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus will be stated clearly in the offer terms at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the offer terms. Bonus funds not wagered within this period will be automatically forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Casino slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the offer terms.
• Only real-money bets placed from the bonus balance count towards the wagering requirement. Bets placed from the real-money balance do not count.
• t baaji reserves the right to recalculate bonus balances and wagering progress if it determines that a bet was placed in error or in breach of these Terms.

Bonus Abuse

t baaji employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing offsetting bets across accounts to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner not consistent with regular recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, t baaji reserves the right to void all winnings derived from the abused bonus and to close the account without notice.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on t baaji are governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market, as supplemented by the general rules set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between these general rules and the rules of a specific game or market, the specific rules shall prevail.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and market availability displayed on the platform at the time the bet is placed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player except where an early cash-out option is explicitly offered and activated before the relevant event concludes.
• t baaji reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently determined to have been affected by irregular activity, match-fixing, or other circumstances outside the normal course of competition.
• In the event of an error in the display of odds (e.g., a technical error causing odds to be displayed significantly below their correct value), t baaji reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds.
• Cricket betting covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, subject to market availability.

Casino Games

• All casino games on t baaji use certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are random and independent of previous results.
• If a casino game session is interrupted due to a technical failure on the part of the platform, t baaji will endeavour to restore the session to its last known valid state. If this is not possible, the stake for that round will be refunded to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. t baaji reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting allows you to place bets on events that are already in progress. Odds on live markets change rapidly to reflect the current state of play. t baaji cannot guarantee that live odds will remain available for any particular market. Bets placed in-play are subject to a brief confirmation delay during which the bet may be declined if the odds have moved significantly.

07 Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

t baaji maintains a strict policy against conduct that threatens the integrity, fairness, security, or reputation of the platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly on live casino poker or card game tables.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial crime through the t baaji platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been used for gambling purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing t baaji staff, support agents, or other players.
• Placing bets on events in which you have any direct or indirect involvement, or about which you hold non-public information.

Account Suspension and Closure

t baaji reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe a violation of these Terms has occurred. In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, t baaji may retain any funds held in the account pending investigation. t baaji will not be liable to you for any losses arising from a lawful account suspension or closure.

08 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t baaji's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your t baaji account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions of Liability

t baaji shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind.
• Losses arising from your inability to access or use the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays, errors, or service interruptions (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking partner).
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any loss arising from events beyond t baaji's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service interruptions, natural disasters, or acts of government.

Platform Availability

t baaji does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. t baaji accepts no liability for losses arising during periods of platform unavailability.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, a game, or a transaction, you must contact t baaji customer support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event in question. t baaji will investigate the matter and provide a written response. t baaji's decision on matters of game outcome, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding unless a manifest error can be demonstrated.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and t baaji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
